Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. The price you see is the price you pay. There is no surcharge for any payment method, and there is no delivery charge on standard delivery.
Your order
- Putting items in the checkout is an offer to buy, not a contract yet.
- The contract starts when we send you the order confirmation by email.
- If an item is out of stock after you order, we tell you and refund you in full.
- We can refuse an order if the address is incomplete or the payment is declined.
Payment
You can pay by card, PayPal or Klarna. Card payments are processed by our payment provider and we never see or store your full card number. Klarna decides on its own whether to approve a purchase, under Klarna's terms.
Delivery
Standard delivery is $9.95, and free on orders over $75. Express delivery is $14.95.
We dispatch within 2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3-4 business days and express delivery takes 1-2 business days. For regional and remote postcodes, please allow an additional 2-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. If a parcel is running late, write to us and we will chase it.
We deliver to Australian addresses only, including PO boxes and parcel lockers.
Title and risk
The goods stay ours until they are paid for in full. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or to a person at your delivery address.
Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Using the product
Tallowwood is a leather conditioning balm for smooth leather, greased leather, aniline leather and pigmented leather. It is not for suede or nubuck. Always try a hidden spot first. Keep it out of reach of children. It is not food and it is not a medicine.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our failure to meet a consumer guarantee. We are not responsible for damage caused by using the product against the instructions on the tin and on this site, for example on suede or nubuck, or without testing a hidden spot first. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of your own state or territory.
